We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent from around the world. This role requires a deep understanding of the global talent landscape, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product, to ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals">

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment">
  • A proven track record of success in hiring high volumes of talent against tight deadlines">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders">
  • Experience working with AI-enabled tools and platforms, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment">
