We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Tendering Specialist.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating online tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations related to government procurement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor relevant online portals for new tender opportunities and ensure timely submission of bids
  • Analyze tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and certifications
  • Track tender status, follow up on submissions and handle post-bid documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online tendering, specifically on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) Portal
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office and tender submission tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
