Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

  • This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to develop and integrate solutions that streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and increase automation using the latest ServiceNow capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for Sales, Order Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.
  • Candidates must collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow platform solutions.
  • Configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules including CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), and others related to order lifecycle and supply chain are also key responsibilities.
  • The role involves developing technical specifications, high-level and detailed design documents.
  • It is essential to ensure architecture compliance with enterprise standards, scalability, and security best practices.
  • During implementation, testing, deployment, and production support, technical leadership is required.
  • Optimizing and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications and workflows for sales and supply chain processes is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Candidates will build reusable workflows, automation scripts, and business rules aligned with best practices.
  • Collaboration with integration teams for API, web services (REST, SOAP), MID server, and data orchestration is also necessary.
  • Mentorship and guidance to developers and junior architects are provided in this role.
  • Maintaining awareness of ServiceNow platform updates and new features related to Sales and SCM domains is crucial.
  • Conducting technical workshops and presentations for stakeholders and project teams is also a requirement.
