As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in identifying, testing, and scaling strategic projects to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This involves a hands-on approach with strong execution skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analysis of performance data and user feedback to inform recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives.
  • Development of internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings and ensure sharing.
  • Contribution to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.
  • Thought partnership with leadership, providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; proficiency in Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoying open-ended problem-solving and building from scratch.
