  • Hiring Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer closure, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust network of qualified active and passive candidates to meet future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding & Outreach: Enhance our employer brand by participating in local and national career fairs, and promoting our company culture through various channels.
  • Strategic Recruiting Initiatives: Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in job posting and sourcing, creating compelling job descriptions and publishing them across relevant channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster deep relationships with internal teams to understand departmental dynamics and hiring needs, ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Create engaging job postings on social media, company portals, and external job boards to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Utilize a broad knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates aligned with business requirements.
  • Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated database of all candidate interactions, including prospects, hired employees, and exited personnel.
  • Process Tracking & Reporting: Monitor interview statuses, collect feedback, and update records in the applicant tracking system to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate or internal recruitment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring for various roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
