Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
  • Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
