Human Resource Systems Support Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking a certified professional to provide daily operational support for Compensation Management, Employee Central, and Onboarding 2.0 modules of the SuccessFactors system.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
- Maintain and configure compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules.
- Manage employee lifecycle configurations, business rules, event reasons, and workflow approvals in Employee Central.
- Configure and troubleshoot Onboarding templates, forms, tasks, and pre-day 1 processes.
- Ensure users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.
- Monitor integrations between EC, Compensation, and Onboarding via SAP CPI or Boomi.
The ideal candidate should be an SAP Certified SuccessFactors Compensation Management specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. They must have a working knowledge of Compensation Worksheets and Templates, Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and strong understanding of HR data models, processes, and compensation planning.
