Job Title: Financial Executive R2R

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Review and issue financial statements as per Indian accounting standards.
  • Comply with SEBI LODR guidelines.
  • Obtain data for RPT compliance.
  • Account for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.
  • Ensure extremely high standards of accuracy in representation of financial data.
  • Review and approve Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end.
  • Assist internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution for issues related to consolidation.
  • Provide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process.
  • Resolve errors efficiently within reasonable timeframes.
  • Participate effectively in the team and facilitate a strong team culture.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register and coordinate physical verification of assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting process preferably in same/similar industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system.
  • Solid understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  • Expertise in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
