Telemarketing Representative Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Telemarketing Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to explain products and services
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries effectively
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and follow-up activities
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Provide outstanding customer support and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong listening and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a motivated attitude
  • Confident, goal-oriented, and results-driven personality
