Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with prospective students to generate leads, assessing and qualifying them based on their interest and fit for our courses.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or pre-sales, with 0.5–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
