Job Description

As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase reservations sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage and train a team of Reservations Sales staff to ensure seamless execution of sales efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and preferences, and making personalized recommendations to exceed their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or related professional area.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or related professional area.
