We're creating a robust identity infrastructure for the internet, enabling businesses to verify users and prevent fraud at scale.

As a legal professional, you will take end-to-end ownership of high-impact work across various areas, from client negotiations and IP protection to risk management and data privacy compliance.

This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment where you'll own legal processes and get end-to-end exposure to product, commercial, and corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and vet agreements (including software licensing, data sharing, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws (data protection directive, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Contribute to internal frameworks for compliance, IP protection, and risk management
  • Liaise with external partners and regulators when needed
  • Stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes and inform stakeholders proactively
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal legal processes and templates

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in law or as an in-house counsel (TMT, fintech, or general corporate)
  • LL.B. required (LL.M. or certifications in data privacy/fintech are a plus)
  • Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation
  • Understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy
  • Clear communication—able to simplify complex concepts for non-legal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple matters autonomously
