Job Title: Legal Manager

As a key legal advisor to our growing business with regional and global reach, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Functionality:
    • Conduct thorough reviews and negotiations of commercial agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements, strategic partnership agreements, and catering contracts.
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop practical solutions to mitigate them.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
  • Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings when required.
Corporate Secretarial Functionality:
  • Oversee all corporate secretarial functions for the Company.
  • Organize and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Draft Directors' Reports and ensure timely statutory filings.
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Law from a recognized university and be admitted to the Indian Bar.
  • Be an ACS/FCS member with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  • Have 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multinational corporation.
  • Possess strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and governance.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Be commercially astute, proactive, and capable of managing complex legal issues across multiple domains.
  • Demonstrate detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative team player qualities.
