Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Associate who can act as a trusted business advisor to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of laws and market practices pertaining to technology agreements, data protection, intellectual property, and other related areas.

Responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and managing legal agreements, as well as providing innovative solutions to minimize/manage legal risks involved with our business operations in various jurisdictions around the world.



Required Skills and Qualifications

~ 5 year degree from a reputable national law university/college (LLM or postgraduate degree in law from a reputable international law university specifically in the field of technology law)

  • Excellent grasp of laws and market practices pertaining to technology agreements such as SaaS Master Service Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Software Development Agreements
  • Ability to explain contract risks and obligations to non-lawyers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
