Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

This role involves conducting thorough testing of Salesforce Health Cloud applications and configurations to ensure optimal functionality and performance. You will collaborate with development and functional teams to review business requirements and translate them into test cases and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual testing of Salesforce Health Cloud applications and configurations
  • Collaboration with development and functional teams
  • Customization and extension of Health Cloud solutions using Omnistudio tools
  • Execution of workflows, implementation of customizations, and support for daily administration tasks
  • Provision of ongoing support and maintenance for Health Cloud features and troubleshooting of issues related to system performance, configuration, and user experience
Qualifications
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and support
  • Hands-on expertise with Omnistudio tools
  • Strong background in manual testing (automation testing experience is a bonus)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with test automation tools
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds or AppExchange solutions
