Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across our customer care operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular quality audits to assess call quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address any deficiencies.
- Collaborating with customer care teams to provide coaching and feedback on quality performance.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Preparing and presenting quality reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 4+ years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
- Extensive knowledge of quality audit processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
