Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist\

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Monitor customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory\
  • Lead daily team huddles and communicate operational updates\
  • Conduct effective coaching and feedback sessions, manage follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises\
  • Analyze reports, share performance metrics weekly, and serve as an escalation point for customer cases\
  • Oversee staff scheduling, maintain low attrition rates, and validate access to agenda and security protocols\
  • Display professionalism, respond promptly to production issues, and promote positive behaviors and recognize team achievements\
  • Provide reporting and analysis results to directors for quality evaluations completed\
  • Learn program/service topics to provide proper support and maintain and expand on all product and service knowledge\
  • Complete mandatory training courses in a timely manner and protect proprietary information\
  • React in demanding situations or short timeline deliverables, amplify positive behaviors, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests\
