Lead Enterprise-Scale Java Projects with High Performance

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale Java-based projects and drive high-performance delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex Java projects, encompassing development and support services.
  • Maintain effective Agile teams (Java, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely, secure project delivery.
  • Foster client engagement, monitor delivery KPIs, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java technologies and a proven track record in managing distributed Agile teams. They should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, drive results-oriented solutions, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in delivery or program management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Bonus skills: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and project management certifications (PMP/CSM/SAFe).
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in artificial intelligence.
