Job Title: Senior MEPF Project Lead

The role of a Senior MEPF Project Lead involves leading and managing complex design projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants and meet project goals in compliance with national/international codes and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, plumbing, firefighting, stormwater, and sewage network design. With at least 6 years of experience in large-scale projects, they will be able to deliver detailed designs, engineering, and documentation while collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have excellent project management skills, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results. They should also be proficient in Revit and have thorough knowledge of applicable IS Codes, National Building Code, NFPA, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed designs, engineering, and documentation for MEPF projects
  • Manage project execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of MEPF design phases
  • Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and milestones are met without compromising on quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in Plumbing, Firefighting, Stormwater, and Sewage network design in large projects comprising of Villas, tall Residential and Commercial buildings
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable IS Codes, National Building Code, NFPA, etc
  • Experience in Revit is mandatory
