BIM Coordinator MEPF Job Role

As a BIM Coordinator MEPF, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review project BIM strategies, requirements, and BEPs (Building Information Execution Plans).
  • Coordinate BIM activities, ensuring design subcontractors comply with shared standards and templates.
  • Provide BIM production support to project teams, championing maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) model federation, and interference management.
  • Maintain Exchange Information Requirements for flow-down to the supply chain and train project delivery teams on CDE, ProjectWise, and associated BIM workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 11 years of experience, including 5 years of project delivery experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a BIM CAD Manager or BIM Lead, leveraging or managing technology in design and construction.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, and visualization software.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Dynamo scripts.
  • Experience developing project BIM templates, standards, LOD classification systems, class libraries, and master data models.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and data management solutions, including Navisworks, 3D BIM-enabled quantity take-off, and BIM-enabled estimating tools.
