Partnerships Coordinator Role

The goal of this position is to support the creation and execution of impactful partner-led marketing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This role entails developing proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners, and ensuring seamless campaign delivery.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Creating compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Monitoring destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Managing campaign tracking, analyzing results, and preparing performance reports.
  • Maintaining professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilizing AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.

To be successful in this position, candidates should have 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development. They should possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems, and familiarity with paid marketing basics.

Key Performance Indicators for the First 90 Days include delivering 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs, building a reusable library of proposals and case studies, and publishing a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
