Job Title: Senior Marketing Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development activities across a wide range of packaging products. He/She must manage, mentor and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Representation: Represent the company during client visits, industry meetings and exhibitions to build strong relationships and expand business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Develop a thorough understanding of products through market mapping and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Sales Process Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, deal negotiation and contract closure to meet revenue targets.
  • Tech Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical team to study customer inquiries and propose effective solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights to Directors and contribute to business planning to ensure long-term growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in packaging, plastics or related industries.
  • Business Growth: Proven track record of driving business growth and closing high-value deals.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in leading sales teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategy: Strategic mindset with ability to identify new opportunities and expand business verticals.
