Sales Head

Mohini Health & Hygiene Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head Distributor Channel to lead its medical cotton rolls business across India, with future scope for additional product categories. This role is focused exclusively on distributor-driven sales and requires a proven leader with strong expertise in building and managing national distribution networks within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy, ensuring achievement of monthly sales volume (MT) and revenue targets.
• Appoint, onboard, and manage regional and state-level distributors across India.
• Drive both primary and secondary sales growth through distributor networks.
• Build, lead, and motivate a sales team (Regional Managers / Territory Managers) to support distributors.
• Ensure timely collections, adherence to credit policies, and healthy distributor ROI.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights for strategic business decisions.
• Oversee compliance with statutory requirements, COA traceability, and product standards.
• Present regular business performance reports to the CEO/Managing Director with actionable growth plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Minimum 12 years of sales & distribution experience, preferably in medical consumables, pharma, or healthcare products.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large distributor networks at a national level.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
