We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to strengthen our distributor-driven sales network for medical cotton rolls. This role involves working closely with distributors while actively engaging hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare suppliers to expand product reach, ensure availability, and drive sales growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and coverage targets.
  • Visit distributors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to generate sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, pharmacists, and healthcare suppliers.
  • Ensure timely order booking, deliveries, and stock rotation at distributor and retailer levels.
  • Execute trade schemes, sales promotions, and product visibility initiatives.
  • Collect and share market intelligence on competitor pricing, schemes, and activities.
  • Submit accurate daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the Sales Head / Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduated in any discipline.
  • 25 years of field sales experience in medical consumables, pharma, or FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly target-oriented and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Expansion of coverage through new account openings (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies).
  • Distributor satisfaction and efficient secondary sales growth.
  • Timely reporting and adherence to company sales processes.
