We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the execution of industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day on-site activities.
- Implement factory layouts according to specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
- Resolve technical/site issues and lead inspections.
- Promote transparency through accurate record-keeping and regular reporting.
- A minimum of 4–9 years of experience in industrial/factory/plant infrastructure.
- Prior experience in civil infrastructure or project execution within the Automotive, Heavy Equipments & Steel Industry Plants or Factory Projects is mandatory.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% or above in all qualifications.
- Familiarity with PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures and utility-civil interfaces.
- A strong understanding of QA/QC and geotechnical principles.
