As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in leading audits and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements for various clients under US GAAP and US GAAS standards.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to evaluate internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for enhanced procedures.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States to ensure compliance and inform audit strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate day-to-day duties, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
  • Develop and implement effective time budgets and prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines and project constraints.

Key Qualifications:

  • CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices.
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities are required.
  • Demonstrated industry exposure in NFP and/or General Commercial Audit.
  • Ability to work well independently but also work well with others.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Administrative:

Comply with firm policies, use downtime effectively, and comply with Firm's CPE requirement. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with industry standards and may include Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident, etc., depending on the position.
