Internal Audit Professional

As an Internal Audit Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our organization's operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying risks, assessing internal controls, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate any potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits across multiple departments and functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assess and evaluate internal controls, risk management processes, and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, reports, and recommendations to address identified weaknesses or irregularities.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CA, or CIA certification preferred).
  • Experience: 9-10 years for senior auditor position.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of auditing processes and principles.
  • Proficient in accounting software and extremely proficient in MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Position at Head Office with occasional travel for on-site audits.
  • May require working under tight deadlines and handling multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
