Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze and interpret data to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; experience developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries.
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
