Drive innovation and excellence in our Data, Analytics, and Digital organization as we shape the future of healthcare.

We are seeking a seasoned leader to serve as Human Health Digital, Data and Analytics (HHDDA) Hub Operations Lead. This role will oversee operational delivery to scale and sustain the HHDDA hub in Pune, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers as part of Operational Excellence capability. Key objectives include:

  • Collaborate with the Hub operational excellence team and functional capability leads to ensure alignment with the overarching hub strategy and operating principles.
  • Work closely with Capability Leaders and/or People Managers to assess and address talent acquisition and management needs.
  • Develop and implement standards and processes to promote visibility and access to critical information.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews to provide status on hub health and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in data and analytics business & portfolio operations; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 12+yrs experience delivering complex Agile programs and leading operational capability, with proven ability to apply project, or program management frameworks.
  • PMI Certified or equivalent experience.
  • SAFe, Scrum and Six Sigma certification, or experience.

  • Data and analytics delivery acumen.
  • Strategy and Operations.
  • Healthcare / Biopharma experience.
