Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and scale high-performance APIs, distributed systems, and database optimization.
  • Pioneer the transition to microservices architecture using Node.js, Go, or Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure.
  • Build and mentor a lean team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.
  • Participate in roadmap planning, new feature development, and compliance efforts (Meta, TRAI, RCS).

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6–8 years of experience in backend/API-heavy systems.
  • Strong coding skills in PHP/MySQL, plus exposure to Node.js, Go, and Python.
  • Expertise in high-scale messaging, API security, queues, and load balancing.
  • Prior leadership experience in startups preferred.
