Essential Skills

  • Solace Messaging
    (1–2 years of experience)
  • Cloud (AWS preferred)

Must-Have Skills

  • Scripting (Korn Shell, Perl, etc.)
  • RedHat Linux

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • TIBCO, IBM MQ, IBM ACE
  • EKS / Kubernetes / OpenShift
  • AWS Certifications (DevOps / SysOps / Architect tracks)

What You'll Do

  • Design, configure, and manage Solace messaging environments.
  • Deploy Solace PubSub+ / Advanced Event Mesh across cloud platforms.
  • Integrate Solace with microservices, APIs, and platforms like Kafka, JMS, MQTT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex messaging challenges (latency, throughput, durability).
  • Automate setup and monitoring using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Provide Level 3 support and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Research new product features and drive innovation through POCs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 1–2 years of dedicated experience in Solace Messaging.
