Financial Operations Leader
">Our D2C brand is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader to manage our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling end-to-end accounting for consumer brands, especially in high-growth environments.
">Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll, and inventory accounting.">
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.">
- Maintain clean and compliant financial records in line with international accounting standards.">
- Manage accounting for online sales platforms, including reconciliation of payouts, returns, and commissions.">
- Track customer refunds, chargebacks, and promotions across multiple channels.">
- Monitor logistics costs, warehousing expenses, and fulfillment-related accounting.">
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation in systems integrated with D2C storefronts.">
- Oversee all statutory compliance, including tax and regulatory requirements.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. They will also require 2-4 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
">They must be proficient in accounting software and have a solid understanding of marketplace accounting and Shopify integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are also essential.
