Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations to lead strategic initiatives and operational excellence, ensuring successful execution of business strategies and enhancing organizational performance.

This role is critical in driving the development and implementation of strategic plans, analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth, and executing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across business units.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance.

3. Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and operations.

4. Process Improvement:

  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

6. Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of strategy and operations professionals.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

7. Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on strategic and operational goals.
  • Present reports and updates to senior management and the board.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role, preferably in a corporate or educational environment.
  • Hands-on presentation and project creation and management skills.
  • Proposal Writing Skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
