  • Prepare and lead reports for management covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.\
  • Conduct report analysis identify gaps and implement improvements for data-driven decision-making.\
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.\
  • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.\
  • Uphold fair and ethical workplace practices.\
  • Support increment meetings providing inputs based on performance market trends and organizational policies.\
  • Drive HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement culture and communication.\
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.\
