About the Role
The key purpose of this position would be to provide expert guidance to our DC Management in executing the larger vision, culture, and business objectives of our organization. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders and implement HR solutions that drive success.
Responsibilities
- Seamless Employee Onboarding and Assimilation: Ensure a smooth and effective transition for new employees into our organization.
- Creating and Nurturing a Positive Work Environment: Foster a workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Build and Create the DC Brand in the Society: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our organization's reputation and visibility in the community.
- Inculcate a High-Performance Work Environment and Promote Diversity and Inclusivity: Encourage a culture of continuous learning, growth, and inclusion.
- Protect the Interests of the Organization and Initiate Disciplinary Action When Necessary: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and take proactive measures to address any issues.
- Implement DC-Wide Rewards and Recognition Programs and Recommend Solutions to Improve Performance, Retention, and Employee Experience: Develop and execute initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
- Managing Employee Grievances - Anti-Sexual Harassment, Workplace Concerns: Provide empathetic support and address any employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing the Health & Wellness Program: Design and implement initiatives to promote physical and mental well-being among our employees.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or Equivalent Qualification Preferred
- Experience - 11-17 Years
