Technical Support Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering first and second line support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance modules across various global regions.
">The incumbent will be required to manage application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with agile teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
">In addition, the individual will conduct system health checks, monitor jobs and performance KPIs, and execute change requests as needed.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">To be successful in this role, applicants should possess 5–10 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, especially HCM and Financials modules.
">A strong foundation in SQL/PLSQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server back-end is also essential.
">Proficiency in Azure, Agile methodology, and Windows AD/Role-Based Security is highly desirable.
">Furthermore, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in high-pressure, global support environments.
