Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect to spearhead the development of our cloud infrastructure.

This key role will require the successful candidate to establish and lead the Cloud Center of Excellence (COE) environment leveraging AWS technologies.

The ideal individual should possess an in-depth understanding of cloud technologies, architecture principles, and best practices, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving AWS service issues across various environments, managing AWS services, designing, building, and deploying cloud solutions using AWS, and providing technical expertise on cloud adoption, migration, and optimization.

Additional responsibilities include developing scripts to automate systems administration and monitoring activities, providing technical support on AWS-related issues, and collaborating with Infrastructure and Product teams on issues related to AWS design and architecture.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, and relevant experience with AWS cloud engineering/architecture.

Key skills include AWS administration experience, knowledge of API Gateway, S3, ECS, EKS, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, WAF, and CloudTrail, as well as proficiency in deploying Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
  • Relevant experience with AWS cloud engineering/architecture
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in outsourced/managed services environments
  • Familiarity with WebLogic or equivalent application server platforms
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Gerrit, Confluence, Artifactory, and Jenkins
