Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering and onboarding our software for customers, which includes technical discussions, solution design and also project management. The person will own the customer relationship end-to-end — ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for customer satisfaction.

  • You'll solve complex, technical challenges so your customers can focus on their business—this includes architecting and designing scalable solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises, as well as using your expertise to integrate us seamlessly into their cloud infrastructure.
  • You'll drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions, diving deep into the details with customer teams.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients

About the Role:

The Cloud Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions for our customers. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology

Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.

Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.

Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.

Account management and project management skills.

Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilise them in a customer-facing environment.
