Client Acquisition Specialist

The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifies and pursues new business leads and conversions in collaboration with distribution partners, area/cluster heads, and independently.
  • Manages the retention of existing clients and fosters cross-selling initiatives to ensure business volume growth.
  • Strengthens and leverages existing client relationships to generate leads and business through word-of-mouth referrals and goodwill.

The Client Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for:

Channel Management
  • Meets with attorneys, professional organizations, bankers, channel partners, DSAs, chartered accountants, etc. in the real estate sector to identify and source business leads and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensures timely onboarding of new channels, DSAs, DSTs, brokers, and other partners.
  • Ensures timely payment of channel partner payments and resolves queries raised by retail DSA channel partners.
Sales Operations & Internal Compliance
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the sales cycle and ensures compliance thereof.
  • Follows standardized sales processes and documentation norms for quick and compliant closure of client requests.
  • Ensures accurate collection and submission of required documentation for credit analysis.

The Client Acquisition Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of cases. They will also be responsible for sharing policy updates and monitoring delinquent cases closely.

Sales MIS & Reporting
  • Shares detailed periodic activity and sales reports with the branch head and business analyst-mortgages.
  • Ensures updation of various MIS related to case status and actions taken. Daily progress report of cases in WIP to channels.
  • Monitors PDDs and ensures collection and submission.
Customer Servicing & Relationship Management
  • Retains and manages existing clients through faster TATs, effective query resolution, and proactive client servicing.
  • Keeps abreast with changing market conditions and client requirements and conducts regular meetings with customers as part of post-service activities.
  • Customer interface including documentation completion.
