Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Sales funnel & driving Sales Closure.
  • Providing an exceptional Customer Experience during a project.
  • Leading and owning quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Overseeing an end-to-end Project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant Diploma.
  • Freshers to upto 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Able to create BoQ for customers, Coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
  • Behaviours include Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
