Junior Architect Position

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Junior Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantity) to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments and innovations.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions, contributing creative ideas and insights to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution, demonstrating academic excellence and a strong foundation in architectural principles.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, with experience using these tools to create high-quality designs and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion (preferred but not mandatory), allowing for flexibility and adaptability in software skills.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to learn from others and contribute to the team's success.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the studio culture, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and self-improvement.
