Lead Architectural Projects
We are seeking a highly experienced architect to lead architectural and interior design projects. Our ideal candidate will have strong design leadership skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and hands-on experience in supervising project execution.
The Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute architectural and interior projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery.
- Mentor junior designers/architects within the studio.
- Responsible for business development and revenue generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
