Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Encompass administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) and have a proven track record of managing and customizing it to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, providing user support, and ensuring compliance alignment. They will work closely with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality and improve overall performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Encompass administrator is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is required.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA is a plus.
  • ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Encompass Configuration & Customization: Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls. Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
2. System Maintenance & Upgrades: Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology. Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
3. Integration Management: Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking). Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
4. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies. Support audits and system usage reviews.
