Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development and testing principles, with the ability to analyze product requirements and create detailed test plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product requirements to define acceptance criteria
  • Design, create and maintain reusable test scripts
  • Execute manual testing
  • Review Test Plans with Product Management and Development teams
  • Provide estimates on Test resources and effort to support prioritization and planning
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tool
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in software testing (SEO agency experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with AGILE and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Experience with Selenium and automated test scripts
