We are seeking an experienced professional to provide day-to-day support of client networks, servers, and overall infrastructure.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers. Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security is also required.

  • Maintain our clients' IT infrastructure remotely and at customer site(s) when needed.
  • Help architect and implement a wide range of IT projects, such as high availability, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Be the escalation path for issues that desktop engineers or helpdesk staff cannot resolve.
  • Work closely with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to meet customer service-level commitments and provide world-class customer service.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with firewalls and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet), heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V), on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions, and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite). Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.) and technical certifications are highly desirable.

  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers.

  • Hands-on experience with heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).

This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work with limited supervision and excellent time management.
