Job Title: Shift Leader

Job Description:

The Shift Leader will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that they have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to deliver legendary customer service. They will also be responsible for executing store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties, and maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Team Leadership: Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
  • Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, organize opening and closing duties, and maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
