Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, consultative selling, and be able to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

This position involves developing, analyzing, and executing growth strategies, as well as implementing sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into qualified opportunities.

The right individual will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a solid business acumen. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and appreciate the opportunity for uncapped growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-To Market Strategy: Develop and own go-to-market strategy, assess its effectiveness, refine, and optimize to meet and exceed sales quota achievement
  • Lead Qualification: Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Opportunity Management: Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Direct selling and sales management experience with majority of experience in the geography of interest
  • Strong Sales Target Achievement: Proven ability to establish and meet sales targets, goals, and objectives
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills
