">This role is distinct from traditional sales positions. It demands concept selling, brand storytelling, and establishing trust within boardrooms. The ideal candidate must thrive on hunting opportunities, be resilient during extended sales cycles, and possess the presence to influence senior decision makers.
">The successful candidate will identify and acquire new clients by targeting senior executives across sectors like BFSI, real estate, technology, and consumer goods. Success hinges on proactive outreach through networks, industry events, and referrals, while harmonizing every conversation around the client's brand and business challenges.
">Key responsibilities include diagnosing problems, presenting the company as the ideal solution partner, and crafting compelling narratives linking branding to measurable growth outcomes.
">Once conversations are initiated, the individual will collaborate with our strategy and creative teams to anchor pitches and proposals, ultimately converting them into live engagements. Ownership of the pipeline and quarterly acquisition targets is paramount, along with tracking competitor moves and industry trends to inform leadership decisions.
">We're Seeking:
">We are searching for an experienced professional with six to ten years of background in business development for branding, advertising, consulting, or creative industries. The ideal candidate has already demonstrated success in acquiring new logos rather than solely farming existing accounts. Strong communication, storytelling, and senior engagement skills are essential, accompanied by the ability to sell ideas and concepts over pre-packaged services.
">A good personal network in marketing and brand circles is advantageous. Confidence, resilience, and a strong drive for growth are non-negotiable.
">Success Metrics (90 Days):
">In the first ninety days, success will manifest as follows: building a target list of 50 to 100 prospects, setting up discovery conversations, refining the pitch with leadership, and securing at least two to three new accounts as live projects. By the end of the first quarter, the person should consistently initiate high-quality conversations with senior-level prospects and deliver on agreed revenue targets.
