Job Overview

The role of Associate Director - Solutions is to lead and expand solutioning functions to support growth across domestic and global markets.

This position involves working closely with clients, sales, product, and engineering teams to craft tailored solutions that align with our digital payments vision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, pain points, and market goals.
  2. Design and deliver tailored solutions across the full lifecycle from ideation through deployment and post-go-live optimization.
  3. Support business development and sales teams in domestic and international markets.
  4. Align cross-functional teams on implementation plans and delivery timelines.
  5. Monitor market trends in payments and fintech to inform strategic solution design.
  6. Build reusable frameworks and solution accelerators to drive efficiency and faster time-to-market.
Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of payment lifecycle and technologies (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, AEPS, card networks, and digital onboarding flows).
  2. Exposure to both domestic and international fintech ecosystems and client landscapes.
  3. Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 12+ years experience in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise payment solutioning.
