Senior Java Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices and enterprise applications.
  • Architect scalable backend solutions using Jakarta EE and other modern frameworks.
  • Ensure best practices in design patterns, coding standards, and system performance.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Business teams to deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Java-based backend development.
  • Proficiency in Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with design patterns, multi-threading, and concurrency.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, CI/CD, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Proven leadership experience and a collaborative approach to team development.
  • Experience in the FinTech or Payments domain is a significant advantage.
